You are invited to pray for the end of abortion in Springfield, Illinois by peacefully praying outside of Planned Parenthood (1000 E. Washington) during their hours of operation, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Office of Social Concerns for the Catholic Diocese of Springfield in partnership with Springfield Right to Life are organizing an ecumenical prayer vigil for the end of abortion in our capitol city of Springfield, IL. We ask that a minimum of two people be present praying at any given time.
All are welcome to attend!
Our Saviour Parish in Jacksonville will be organizing this vigil.
Very strangely, the prayer vigil has been schedule during the time a man will be ordained to the Sacred Order of Deacons in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
